Component BOM lock-in

100% burn-in aging test
Every unit runs a full aging cycle before packing. Thermal performance, driver stability, and lumen output are recorded.
Photometric & visual QC
Integrating sphere measurement, CRI verification, and visual inspection against approved sample. Deviations are quarantined.
Pre-shipment video confirmation
